Betsy Ferries directs Mercy Connections Inc., an organization that grew out of Trinity and "helps women and men of all economic and faith backgrounds realize their full potential and dignity. To achieve this, Mercy Connections, Inc. envisions healthy and integrated systems of community support and collaborates with local nonprofits to enliven these systems with people, resources, and programming."

The Women's Small Business Program is one of the collaborators of Mercy Connections, and there was a nice profile of the program and director Pam Greene in Business People Vermont.

Trinity's graduate programs are now affiliated with Southern New Hampshire University, with former Trinity academic administrators still at the helm. The Field Based Graduate Program in Education is directed by Vanessa Zerillo, the Program in Community Mental Health by Annamarie Cioffari. Both programs are housed at SNHU's "Vermont Center" in Colchester.
